Our Maths Department had a very busy term. Maths in the Juniors has been quite interesting.

In fact, since it is such fun, Mr Larter has organised a Maths club for years 3-6 on Wednesday mornings! The Maths club has sent out a school census that everyone in the school has filled in. We are in the process of counting up the results. We have also been doing weekly Mental Maths tests and Arithmetic books from Introductory to book 4 so far.



Other exciting events for the Maths department included the annual Maths Challenge. A selection of girls from both junior and senior took part. There is also Master Classes that are held for girls who show particular skills. Heeral and Sophie  are currently attending these classes.

Both junior and senior girls are looking forward to Summer term and the learning and challenges that the new term will bring in the Maths Department.
