The Society is non-profit making. Membership consists of parents of present and past pupils, old girls and friends of the School and such others as may from time to time be elected by the Committee. The Headmistress is Permanent Executive Officer. Every year a Christmas Fair and Summer Event are held, and in addition events such as Pamper Evenings, Quiz Evenings, Fashion Shows and family Bingo afternoons are organised. Parents are always welcome to become involved in fund-raising for the School.

Recent purchases include interactive whiteboards. The Parents and Friends contribute generously to prizes for the Art Exhibition and pay for the Year 11 Leavers' Treat.

The AGM is held each October. The Committee meets approximately 6 times a year.
